Technology changes.
People matter.

Better thinking, healthier interaction, and a more thoughtful relationship with technology.

I’m Tarık Gandur. I bring psychology and education into the everyday questions of how we work, learn, and use AI.

What I work on

01

Think more clearly

Asking better questions, weighing information and making decisions with a clearer mind.

02

Work more humanly

Healthier interaction, listening and collaboration in the places where we work and learn.

03

Use AI thoughtfully

Using AI where it genuinely helps, checking its outputs and keeping human judgment in charge.

My approach

Start with the person. Understand the context. Then choose the tool.

About

I am an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Fenerbahçe University. My background in clinical psychology and teaching shapes how I think about learning, decision-making and adapting to change.

I carry the way of listening and asking questions I learned in clinical interviews into the classroom and into my work with technology. AI is part of that broader interest: understanding what people need before deciding what a tool should do.
